THE FEAR OF GOD

Every human being should know that there is God and he or she should fear and serve Him in holiness and righteousness all the days of his or her life. Lk 1:74-75; Eccl 12:13; Ps 14:1. Learn to fear God!.

A. WHAT IS THE FEAR OF GOD:

1. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, pride, and arrogance, the evil way and lying tongue... Pro 8:13

2. The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge... Pro 1:7

3. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom... Pro 9:10, Job 28:28

4. The fear of the Lord prolong life... Pro 10:27

5. The fear of the Lord will lead you to fear evil... Pro 16:6

6. The fear of the Lord will help you come out of wants... Ps 34:9

7. The fear of the Lord will give you strong confidence in life ...Pro 14:26

8. The fear of the Lord will give you a satisfying life .. Pro 19:23

9. The fear of God will deliver you from trouble ...Ps 34:7

10. The fear of God will make you special to God... Mal 3:16-17

11. The fear of God will give you special protection ...Ps 33:18-19

12. The fear of the Lord is life given... Pro 14:27
