BUT ONE THING IS NEEDFUL - LK 10:42

TO SIT AT JESUS FEET AND HEAR HIS WORD IS NEEDFUL TO:

1. Make one happy....Ps 1:1-2, 1 Pet 3:10-12, Eccl 12:12-14
2. Fortify against temptation...Jam 1:13-15, Lk 8:13, Heb 4:14-15
3. Qualify for responsibility...2 Tim 2:21, 1 Tim 3:1
4. Sustain amid trials....Job 1:21, Ps 119:11, Phil 4:13
5. Adequately teach others....2 Tim 2:2, Gal 6:1, Jam 5:19-20
6. Secure eternal salvation....John 6:66-69, Rom 13:11, 1 Pet 1:4-5

Which shall not be taken away from her....Lk 10:42, 1 Cor 15:58
