1. Attends its service - Heb 3:13; 10:24-25

2. Restore its erring - Gal 6:1, Jam 5:19-20, 1 Tim 5:20

3. Support its good work - Tit 3:1, 8, 14

4. Promote its unity - Eph 4:1-3, 1 Cor 1:10-13

5. Obey its Elders - Heb 13:7, 1 Thess 5:12-13

6. Maintain its purity - Eph 5:25-27

7. Consider its growth - 2 Cor 11:28, Eph 4:14-16

A backslider is one time faithful child of God who has stopped the fellowship with Christ by living in a sinful lifestyle.
